The plane set to carry the first group of asylum seekers from the UK to Rwanda waits on the taxiway at MoD Boscombe Down in Wiltshere.
The exact number of people due to be onboard the flight remains unconfirmed, with Boris Johnson earlier calling the policy "within the scope of humanity".
