Miah Cerrillo, a fourth-grader, appeared in a pre-recorded video before the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform on June 8.
Cerrillo recalled smearing the blood of a classmate on her body to appear as though she was dead to protect herself.
Cerrillo says the gunman came into her classroom, told her teacher "good night," and shot her in the head.
