Shadow cabinet minister Bridget Phillipson says the difference between Sir Keir Starmer and Boris Johnson “could not be clearer”.
Sir Keir is under investigation by Durham Constabulary over a gathering in the office of Labour MP Mary Foy in April 2021, when most indoor socialising was banned.
The Labour leader has repeatedly called on the prime minister to resign for breaking his own coronavirus rules after he, his wife Carrie and Chancellor Rishi Sunak were fined £50 for attending a birthday gathering in June 2020.
