Small Business Minister Paul Scully says he is waiting for the "finality" which will come with the release of the Sue Gray report into Downing Street parties before judging the prime minister.
He accepts the PM's apology and thinks it is important that Boris Johnson "set the context" while apologising by bringing up the war in Ukraine.
