The stock market responded badly to RBI Governor Shaktikanta Das's increase in inflation targets from 4.5 percent to 5.7 percent.
On Friday, Das unveiled the first Monetary Policy for the years 2022-23.
The governor, on the other hand, has kept the repo rate at 4% unaltered.
Oil prices are assumed to be $100 per barrel.
