East Salinas vaccine clinic offers gift cards, as Biden asks incentives to increase vaccine rates

The vaccine clinic in the parking lot of Foods Co offered $20 gift cards to the first 25 people who got a shot.

The clinic was a collaboration between the state, the grocery store chain and Monterey County.
