Demi Adeleye-Olusae, 22 who is a creative director filmed this video of their friend Shai Ross in Winnipeg, Canada.

Ross, 27, currently plays in the Canadian Football League for the Edmonton Elks.

He said: "I am doing a round of back tuck over a speaker set up with a glass of milk on top.

I then perfectly dunk the Oreo mid backflip and land on two feet!

"I come from a gymnastics background, all of my aunts are high-level gymnastics coaches and I have been around it my whole life!" Ross added: "This particular trick took roughly five to ten tries." This footage was filmed on April 10.
