Tourists scramble home from Portugal before change to amber list

Holidaymakers from the UK caught off guard by news that Britain will remove Portugal from its list of COVID-safe travel destinations, were on Sunday trying to get back home, to avoid the prospect of facing a 10 day quarantine on return.
