PM ‘unwisely’ allowed refurbishment without ‘more rigorous regard’ for funding

Prime Minister Boris Johnson “unwisely” allowed the refurbishment of his Downing Street flat to go ahead without “more rigorous regard for how this would be funded”, a report has found.
