Husband of woman killed by Capitol Police during riot says ‘I watched my wife die,’ says he plans to sue

Aaron Babbitt says he learned his wife, Ashli, died by turning on the television and seeing her lie lifeless.

He expects to sue Capitol Police and the officer who shot Ashli.
