The dramatic video, shot in the city of Dongguan in Guangdong Province on April 22, shows a four-storey building engulfed in flames and clouds of black smoke rising into the air.

According to reports, the electroplating workshop caught fire, causing the explosion.

Firefighters have since put out the fire.

The cause and the loss are still under further investigation.
