As second wave of coronavirus intensifies in India, hundreds of people in Agartala were seen marketing for 'Chaitra Mela' on the eve of Bengali New Year 'Poila Boisakh' without paying heed to COVID guidelines.
Poila Boisakh is the first day of the first month of the Bengali calendar.
