Disgraced US financier Bernie Madoff, who received a 150-year jail term for orchestrating a multibillion-dollar Ponzi scheme, the largest such fraud in history, has died in prison from natural causes at the age of 82.Among those he swindled were film director Steven Spielberg and actor Kevin Bacon.
