Governor Newsom Hopeful for Statewide Easing of Pandemic Restrictions by June

As COVID-19 hospitalizations and new infection rates continue to decrease, along with the soon to be increase in available vaccines for those 16 and up, Newsom is believes California can open up more businesses.
