Say a police pursuit in shelby county ended with the death of a driver.
According to k-s-p... it began after a report of a driver who was stopped along frankfort road and pointing a gun at passiing motorists.
They say an officer with the shelbyville police department spotted the suspect's car... and tried to get the driver to pull over.
Instead... police say he took off at a high rate of speed.... crashing about three miles into the pursuit.
The driver.... who was identified as michael wagner of indiana... was thrown from his car and pronounced dead at the scene.
