To keep those under the supervision of law enforcement from being sexually exploited... has become law.

The bill makes it illegal for peace officers to engage in a sexual act with someone under investigation, under arrest or in- custody.

The bill's sponsors say... while trying to get the bill passed... many commented that they thought this was already illegal.
