California preparing for year-round fire season

Cal Fire is preparing to combat fires and reduce fire risk in preparation for the dry year.

Governor gavin newsom just approved more than 80 million dollars for cal fire to not only battle wildfires when they happen but to help keep them from starting.

Right now, cal fire is looking to ramp up its seasonal firefighters p meaning more hands on deck by mid to late may.
