Initially, the suspect Marcus Burke (25) stopped when asked to on the M4 junction 8/9 roundabout, but as he was asked to pull further down the road onto the hard shoulder of the A404, Burke made off and failed to stop for police at Maidenhead in Berkshire in England on the 8th of February 2021.
