A woman Nevada Highway Patrol troopers believe drove off after striking and killing a man on the freeway yesterday has been taken into custody.
Colleagues say 48-year-old Ryan Billotte was a well-known tow truck operator in the Las Vegas area.
Only 13 Investigates was there as police hauled away the van allegedly involved in the crash.
