But because of the covid-19 pandemic, I have not able to do so.
I find it very difficult to work out from home because it never feels as intense as the gym and my pets never let me.
Today I decided to workout after weeks.
So I unwrapped a yoga mat for the first time, which I bought months ago, placed it on the floor and my cat (Buddy) started clawing at it.
Then I went down into a planking position and my dog (Michelle) of course started playing like she always does when I try to work out at home.
