Union Health Minister Dr Harsh Vardhan held a press conference on February 15 and said, "In the last 7 days, no new cases of COVID-19 have been reported in 188 districts of the country.
It is crucial that people continue to follow COVID appropriate behaviour which I had called social vaccine, along with real vaccine."
