Larry the cat, the four-legged furry inhabitant of 10 Downing Street, is marking a decade as Britain's mouse-catcher-in-chief on Monday.The tabby cat was recruited by then-Prime Minister David Cameron to solve a rat crisis at one of the world's most famous addresses.
