Total of 79,67,647 beneficiaries have been vaccinated for COVID-19 across India .
The country also reported 12,143 new COVID-19 cases and 11,395 discharges on Feb 13.
With new infections, the COVID tally of the country stood at 1,08,92,746 while active cases stand at 1,36,571.
With 103 deaths in last 24 hours, death toll rose to 1,55,550.
