Vice President (VP) M Venkaiah Naidu celebrated 'Bhogi' festival in Goa's Panaji on January 13.
He celebrated the auspicious occasion with his family members at Raj Bhavan.
'Bhogi' marks the beginning of the four-day Pongal festival.
It is celebrated by boycotting the old things for focusing on new beginnings.
