Deadly flash flood rushed down the streets of Bolivia dragging along cars, buses and market stalls

Torrential rain hit the historic city of Sucre, Bolivia, on Monday (January 4), and local media, so far, reported at least four dead and more than 15 people with trauma and hypothermia.
