Director General of Indian Council of Medical Research Dr Balram Bhargava said that while the approval of a vaccine is good news but what has predominantly contributed to control on the pandemic in India is the Covid appropriate behaviour everyone adopted.
He said that among all the new normal habits, masks or face covers would be the last to go or may never go away.
