Winburn middle school principal, mike hale, says permanent substitute teacher, ruthie martinez passed away unexpectedly, last month.

The pricinciple says after her death, the school found out, a member of martinez' household, had tested positive for the virus.

Out of an abundance of caution, one of the school's staff members quarantined for 14 days.
