A breeding success is a small sensation.

"A video shared online shows Bunji with her baby which can be seen moving around in her belly pouch, although the tiny infant known as a Joey is yet to peek outside.Hering-Hagenbeck said: "If you take a closer look, you can see the bulging pouch.

When the little one is awake, you can even see that something is moving in the pouch."The young animal is believed to have been born on April 21st and has been in the pouch ever since, with nobody having seen it yet.Hering-Hagenbeck added: "In about a week we expect it to open its eyes and look out of the pouch for the first time."Koalas have been living in the Zoo since 2002, but this is the first birth at the establishment.
