The boutique's owner celebrated the holiday by taking sales tax off of all the items in the store.
Usually, businesses only remove tax off of items less than one hundred dollars.
Manger of swanky b, dana marx, said she has seen more customers than usual come in.
She said they surpassed the sale quota for today.
"it's been awesome.
People in the community have been reaching out, even if they are just supporting us by encouraging us.
Um, it's been really good though."
Today is the last day to get tax free clothing, footwear, and school supplies.
