One Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) jawan has lost his life in the encounter with militants.
According to sources, The QAT (Quick Action Team) jawan succumbed to his injuries in the hospital.
The operation was launched at the outskirts of Srinagar city by police Special Operations Group (SOG) and CRPF.
The operation is underway.
