Milwaukee enters Phase 4 of reopening plan as Madison suspends bar service

Milwaukee moved into Phase 4 of their coronavirus reopening plan on the same day that Madison suspended indoor bar service.

This morning Milwaukee justmoved into Phase 4meaningmore things can now open atlarger capacity like bars andrestaurants.

But on the flipsideMadison just stoppedallowing indoor bar service.Take voAccording to thestate's Chief Medical OfficerDr. Ryan Westergaard, somewestern counties likeLaCrosse, Winnebago and Daneare seeing numbers on the rise.He says Milwaukee is showingthe opposite right now.
