British rapper Stormzy plans to donate 10 million pounds over the course of a decade to causes that empower black people.
He said: “Black people in the UK have been at a constant disadvantage in every aspect of life.” According to Reuters, Stormzy said the “truth” is that the country “fails to recognize and admit” it.
The rapper said he’s heard people dismiss racism because he’s been successful as a black rapper.
