Tyron andrepont turned himself in for five counts malfeasance in office.

According to the police administration, h's been on leave for half a year while state police investigated the excessive force allegations.

Well this incident happened back in october 2019 but because of a state police investigation in the covid-19 pandemic we are just now seeing the charges this week during a time where the world is paying attention to these these type of incidents.today i dove deeper to learn what happened in that hospital room.

"when yo're going through an incident like this where you cannot defend yourself and yo're just being abused by a bad police officer he seems like h's like it just goes on forever and tha's just basically how jonah described it."colema's lawyer daryl washington says no one has told him from opelousas general why officers were called in the first place."he was't being treated any relations to the crime being committed or any unlawful conduct."when officers got there the bill of information says he was hit multiple times and washington says even choked with multiple people in the room."he said nothing to this officer to justify thathe was not unruly or anything... to be choking an innocent person who has not broken the law i's just wrong."when asking cheif mclendon why they were called he said coleman was acting out of character but did nothing wrong"he had not commit a crime and so there was no need at that time for us to make an arrest or anything."washington says this took a toll on coleman both physically and mentally "the sad thing about the physical part is the physical part is something that a person can heal you can recover from physical but the mental part is something that no matter what type of counseling and get no matter what type of doctor do you see the mental part is something that lives with you forever."and now the're just wanting to stop this from ever happening to anyone else.

We think that the evidence against this officer is adding up each day and because of this we know that h's just not fit to serve on the police force."this is't the first time andrpont has been accused of using excessive force.
