President Donald Trump’s former attorney John Dowd wrote a letter to Trump about protesters.
Trump then shared the letter where Dowd called protesters outside the White House “terrorists.” Dowd said: “They are terrorists using idle hate filled students to burn and destroy." According to Business Insider, protesters were dispersed by police use of rubber bullets and tear gas.
No evidence shows the demonstrations engaged in any violence during their protest.
