One hundred and twenty Thai nations returned to their homeland on a Covid-19 repatriation flight from Mumbai, India, on June 15.
Airport officials said that two of the group had high fevers and were rushed to hospital for coronavirus checks in Bangkok, Thailand.
The remaining 118 were taken to state facilities to begin a mandatory 14 day stint in quarantine to prevent potential asymptomatic carriers re-entering the country from spreading the disease.
Suvarnabhumi Airport boss Kittipong Kittikachorn said Air India flight AI 340 landed in Bangkok at 16:20 with 120 passengers.
He added: ''Two of the passengers had high fevers and were sent for further health checks.'' Thailand has recorded no new local transmission of the coronavirus for more than two weeks, leading to a gradual easing of the lockdown restrictions.
All of the new cases of the infections in the country have come from residents returning home on repatriation flights.
