Octogenarian ‘livid’ at social distancing breaches

Robert Atkinson, an octogenarian who is shielding during the pandemic in Belfast, speaks of his frustration at images of mass gatherings on beaches and says he feels wary of going out again in fear of a second wave of the virus.
