State officials order Michigan auto insurers to issue refunds due to pandemic

Gretchen Whitmer, along with the Michigan Department of Insurance and Financial Services (DIFS), has ordered that all Michigan auto insurers issue refunds or premium waivers to residents due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
