Encouraging messages written on dusty car left in garage during COVID-19 lockdown

Encouraging messages were written on a dusty car with a Hubei licence plate that was parked in a garage for around four months due to the COVID-19 lockdown in central China.

The video, filmed in the city of Zhengzhou in Henan Province on May 28, shows encouraging words and messages being written in Chinese characters on a dusty car to the car owner, such as "Jiayou" (come on), "Hope you can come back safely" and "waiting for you to come back." Due to the coronavirus lockdown, the car owner could not drive back to Wuhan so he parked his car in Zhengzhou and flew to Beijing where he has a property for quarantine.

After the lockdown was eased, the car owner posted the car key to his friend and asked him to help collect his car.

The garage management company exempted 76-day parking fee for the car owner and his friend has drove the car away already.
