A Veteran WCCO Photographer is under arrest, taken into custody by the State Patrol Saturday evening.
Award-winning photographer Tom Aviles was struck by a rubber bullet.
During the arrest, they forced him onto ground.
He’s OK and CBS attorneys have been called.
