The coronavirus pandemic has shifted how people in the Kansas City area are honoring the holiday, but the message remains the same.

PEOPLE MIGHT HAVEDODGED A FEW SHOWERSTODAY -- BUT AS 41 ACTIONNEWS REPORTER SARAHPLAKE SHOWS US -- THEYWERE STILL OUT ENJOYINGTHE DAY ...
