Man jailed for coughing at police officer and claiming to have Covid-19

A drunken man who claimed he had coronavirus and coughed in a police officer’s face has been jailed.

Body-camera footage shows the incident as 23-year-old Mark Wright was being arrested in Newcastle city centre.
