State police arrested the same man two separate times in one day regarding domestic incidents.
On two separate complaints.
The arrests were domestic-related.
38-year-old dennis lafferty of unadilla was arrested on those charges there on your screen.
Over the weekend... troopers were called into a domestic dispute at a home on clifton street in the village of unadilla.
A victim told police that lafferty was making threats to physically harm one of the residents.
Police say lafferty was already issued a full stay away order of protection.
About an hour after his first release, troopers contacted the victim to follow-up on the original case... and found out that lafferty was back at the home.
Lafferty was taken to the delaware county jail.
He's being held on bail.
