Police say Florida man drove 119 mph, lands in Vermillion Co. Jail

A Florida man is facing charges in Vermillion County, Indiana.

That's after police say he sped more than 100 miles an hour on a state highway.

Terre haute's city engineer says" the cost for the main lift station project has become unmanageable.

It's time to go back to the drawing board to decide "what's next".

The delay costs to the contractor was 30,000 a day.

They got staff, expenses, it's very expensive.

We had no issue with that.

But we need to stop spending that money.

It's kind of spending good money after bad.
