Police in Derbyshire, England have had to come up with a creative way to keep influencers away from the famous “Blue Lagoon”.
The Buxton Police shared on Facebook that they were receiving reports that people were still visiting the lagoon, despite social distancing rules.
In an attempt to make the water less tempting for photoshoots, the police added black dye.
It’s not the first time the Buxton Police have had to do this to the Blue Lagoon.
The water’s color comes from caustic chemicals in the quarry stone and can irritate the skin, But that hasn’t stopped influencers from jumping in
