LAPD helicopter orders people to leave skate park or FACE ARREST as city bids to slow spread of coronavirus

An LAPD helicopter circles over a skate park in the city and orders people leave or face arrest on Saturday.

Video shows the helicopter circling and a voice over the tannoy saying: "The park is closed.

If you do not leave, you will be arrested for trespassing." Authorities were out in force on Saturday enforcing orders to keep beaches, parks and hiking trails free of people to slow the spread of the coronavirus, the Los Angeles Times reported.

California Governor Gavin Newsom announced a statewide stay-at-home order on March 19 in a bid to slow the spread of COVID-19.
