Synagogue Attack: Lawyer Asks For Competency Evaluation For Stabbing Suspect

The lawyer for suspect Grafton Thomas has requested a federal competency evaluation.

Attorney Michael Sussman says a psychiatrist concluded that Grafton is not competent to stand trial.
