THE RULING YSR GOVERNMENT PLANS TO SET UP A LEGISLATIVE CAPITAL IN AMARAVATI, EXECUTIVE OR A SECRETARIAT IN VISAKHAPATNAM AND JUDICIAL IN KURNOOL.
