Rabbit snared in Rhode Island fence rescued by two guys with bolt cutters

This is the moment two landscape gardeners rescued a rabbit trapped in a wire fence in Warwick city, Rhode Island, with bolt cutters while out on a job.

The vulnerable rabbit is seen shaking in discomfort as it waits for the pair to free it from the wire around its back legs using bolt cutters.

Corey, 30, who filmed this encounter, told Newsflare: "We happened to notice the rabbit run from a pile of leaves, we must have startled it.

My friend Leigh, 32, pointed out that the rabbit was stuck in the fence.

"Leigh was trying to get the rabbit out by hand but it was really wedged in between the fence so I came up with the idea to grab bolt cutters.

The rabbit wasn't showing too many signs of pain maybe just shaking from being nervous." Happily, the rabbit is finally seen escaping from the grip of the sharp-looking wire without showing any signs of injury before hurriedly bounding off.

The video was captured on October 30.
