Obama's tweets were seemingly in response to Donald Trump mocking Thunberg a day earlier on Twitter.

So ridiculous.

Greta must work on her Anger Management problem, then go to a good old fashioned movie with a friend!

Trump’s mocking of Thunberg was spurred on by her recent naming by ‘Time’ as 2019’s Person of the Year.

This is not the first time the president of the United States has publicly made fun of the 16-year-old activist.

In September, Trump sarcastically called Thunberg a “happy young girl” after she delivered an emotional speech in front of the United Nations General Assembly.

In both instances, Thunberg has responded to Trump’s comments by mockingly making them her Twitter bio.
