The U.S. appeals court directed Deutsche Bank AG and Capital One FInancial Corp to comply with subpoenas.

According to Reuters, these subpoenas demand the institutions hand over Trump’s records.

A three-judge panel ruled 2-1 against Trump’s bid to block the enforcement of the subpoenas.

Trump is expected to appeal the case to the U.S. supreme court.
